Wellness Health Services (ARMHS)

Our compassionate team acknowledges the stigma surrounding mental illness in our community and is committed to breaking down these barriers. We work collaboratively with individuals and their families to provide a holistic approach to address all their needs sensitively.

Adult Rehabilitative Wellness Health Services (ARMHS)

Our Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services (ARMHS) program is approved by the State of Minnesota. It aims to assist individuals in developing and enhancing their psychiatric stability, social competencies, personal and emotional adjustment, and independent living and community skills, especially when challenged by mental illness symptoms. Through a combination of individualized in-home services and group sessions, we help individuals manage and recover from serious mental illnesses.

Therapy Services

We offer person-centered counseling and psychotherapy services, utilizing evidence-based treatment strategies. Our sessions focus on cultural diversity and providing culturally sensitive services. We provide therapy for anxiety disorder, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, depression, PTSD, post-partum depression, and family conflicts.
