Mindfulness
Building Emotional Resilience Through Mindfulness
At Isuroon, we recognize that today’s youth face a range of emotional, social, and academic pressures. Our Mindfulness Program provides young people—particularly Somali and East African students—with tools to manage stress, improve focus, and strengthen emotional well-being.
Mindfulness helps youth connect with themselves and the present moment, equipping them with lifelong skills for resilience, mental clarity, and inner peace.
