Mentorship
Empowering the Next Generation Through Mentorship
At Isuroon, we believe in investing in the future by nurturing young minds. Our Mentorship Program is a core part of our Youth and Young Adult Services, designed to support Somali and East African students as they navigate critical stages of personal, academic, and social development.
Through culturally aware and community-based mentorship, we connect youth with positive role models who guide, inspire, and empower them to succeed in school, life, and beyond.
What Is the Mentorship Program?
The Isuroon Mentorship Program pairs youth and young adults—particularly those in middle and high school—with mentors who serve as trusted guides. These mentors offer consistent encouragement, accountability, and practical support tailored to each student’s unique needs and aspirations.
Mentorship goes beyond tutoring or career advice—it’s about building long-term, meaningful relationships that help young people develop confidence, self-awareness, and a strong sense of identity and purpose.
