At Isuroon, we believe that homeownership is a powerful step toward long-term stability, wealth-building, and community strength. As a HUD-certified Local Housing Counseling Agency (LHCA), we provide comprehensive education and personalized support to individuals and families who are looking to purchase a home, regardless of where they are in the process.
Who is Eligible?
To qualify for HSS, individuals must:
- Be on Medical Assistance (MA)
- Have a disability or disabling condition (including mental health or substance use conditions)
- Be experiencing homelessness, risk of homelessness, or housing instability
- Have a professional statement of need completed by a qualified health professional
