Leadership
Empowering the Next Generation of Somali and East African Leaders
At Isuroon, we believe that the future of our communities lies in the strength and leadership of our youth. Our Leadership Program is designed to equip Somali and East African young people with the skills, confidence, and opportunities they need to become impactful leaders—at home, in school, and within their communities.
Through interactive training, mentorship, and real-world experiences, we prepare youth to lead with integrity, compassion, and a strong sense of purpose.
What Is the Leadership Program?
Isuroon’s Leadership Program supports middle school, high school, and college-aged youth in developing essential leadership qualities such as communication, decision-making, teamwork, and responsibility.
Whether they aspire to be student leaders, community advocates, or simply more confident in their daily lives, participants leave the program with a clearer sense of self and stronger capacity to lead others.
